The presentation is going to center around regulatory issues for start-up and small businesses in NYS touching on business entity selection, NYS sales tax certifications, specific NYS licenses and permits, as well as County, City, and local ordinances and regulations. The presentation will provide focus on the permitting of food service establishments and the licensing of nail and hair professions.

Arthur F. Musarra is a staff attorney with the Western New York Law Center’s Small Business Legal Clinic (SBLC), which provides no-cost legal assistance to small businesses located in New York State specializing in various transactional services including business formation and document drafting. Arthur graduated from SUNY Buffalo’s Law School, has received his MBA, and has been a licensed attorney since 2012.
