The City of Rochester Office of Community Wealth Building, in partnership with Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Rochester, is proud to offer the Rochester Financial Empowerment Center. The program offers free, professional, 1-1 financial counseling and coaching as a public service to help residents and businesses build credit, pay down debt, increase savings, budget, and more. Our team of highly-trained counselors are available to all Rochester residents without qualification and can work with you as many times as you want to achieve your financial goals.
