About
The mission of OWN Rochester is to create jobs and wealth-building opportunities in low income neighborhoods by overseeing the development of for-profit, employee-owned businesses linked to sustainable growth. The organization works to prevent the economic deterioration of low income and minority communities in Rochester by developing, supporting and promoting employee owned enterprises and educating the public on the principles of employee ownership of business enterprises.
