Southeast Neighborhood Service Center is supported by a team of dedicated employees from Neighborhood and Business Development (NBD), Rochester Police Department (RPD) and customer support staff (NSC, 3-1-1), Flower City AmeriCorps, residents and business owners advancing the vision of Rochester 2034 and NBD guiding principles of enhance neighborhoods, facilitate business growth and promote development for the City of Rochester, NY.

The Southeast Neighborhood Service Center (SENSC) of the City of Rochester, promotes strength, stability, pride and empowerment to our residents and stakeholders and encourage growth of city neighborhoods and businesses through safety, education, and economic development.

SENSC bridges the gap between neighborhoods by improving lines of communication, addressing quality of life issues through community partnerships, and enhancing delivery of services.

Southeast Quad Team was formed to take advantage of the multidisciplinary skills experience and talent of City supporters both inside and outside of City Hall. Teams meet regularly with community representatives to identify, prioritize issues and create solutions in the City of Rochester, NY.
