Digital Main Street (DMS) is an innovative online learning platform specifically designed for small businesses and start-ups aspiring to go digital. DMS’ free built-in tools and resources include a personalized digital assessment that evaluates your business’ current state of digital readiness and creates a step-by-step roadmap with recommendations on how to grow and manage your operations through technology. The program also includes access to structured training programs and one-on-one coaching support with the Digital Coaching Squad, a team of street-level coaches who help main street businesses grow and manage their operations through technology.

Digital Main Street was created by the Toronto Association of Business Improvement Areas (TABIA) with direct support from the City of Toronto. DMS is supported by a group of strategic business sponsors, including Google, MasterCard, Rogers, Microsoft and Shopify. Digital Main Street is now available for select areas in Western New York thanks to Letchworth Gateway Villages’ municipal consortium and USDA Rural Development.
