Walker’s Legacy Foundation

Walker’s Legacy is building the largest platform for the professional and entrepreneurial multicultural woman. We exist to inspire, equip, and engage through thought-provoking content, educational programming and a global community. We work with brands, organizations and content creators to help them expand their reach by authentically connecting with our audience of millennial professional women of color. Our work is designed to empower women to advance their entrepreneurial and career ambitions by filling the unmet need for positive examples and lessons and techniques on how to be boss. About

Walker’s Legacy Foundation is the nonprofit arm of Walker’s Legacy, a digital media platform for multicultural women in business. The Walker’s Legacy Foundation is inspired by the philanthropic legacy of Madam C. J. Walker and her cause of economic empowerment for women funded through the success of her entrepreneurial endeavors. Walker’s Legacy Foundation exists to improve the livelihood and economic quality and equality of low-income women and girls.  We do this by providing programming focused on improving financial literacy & financial empowerment skills for low income, high potential multicultural women and girls.  We equip women-led micro-enterprises through entrepreneurship training and business development programming. Walker’s Legacy Foundation is missioned to provide a foundation of entrepreneurial, financial and professional support to improve the economic equality and entrepreneurial prosperity of women of color.
