UVC was created by entrepreneurs who believe Upstate NY communities can reclaim and surpass industrial era prosperity through a renewed focus on building fast growing emerging tech businesses.

Since 2010, UVC has built a super-regional network of 15,000+ high growth founders and community supporters across Upstate NY. This network is led by UNY50 Leaders who give first by helping the next generation of founders. We also support and promote events, job opportunities and news that can otherwise get trapped in community/institutional silos. Our annual Upstate Unleashed Conference showcases the most promising founders and recognizes those building the UNY startup ecosystem.
