About

The division is the ombudsman for minority and women business enterprises (M/WBE’s). It assists and certifies minority and women business enterprises. The Division audits county contracts for goods, services and construction to maintain participation goals for M/WBE’s. Services are provided to facilitate M/WBE access to County contracts. A Job Bank is available to assist County departments and local businesses in recruiting protected class members for employment.
