The Village of Lancaster Community Development Corporation was created in 1996 by the Village of Lancaster as a “not for profit” organization dedicated to the revival of the downtown central business district. It offers technical assistance to existing and new businesses and/or facility owners in the Central Business District of the Village. Also plans and manages the revitalization activities in the Central Business District, and the Village’s expansion of the existing industrial park.
